I'm rying to get back on schedule with painting a day.  This is 6 x 6.  Also,  working on limited brushwork with bigger than usual brushes.

I am trying something new using  bigger brush strokes and more simplicity in design hoping to achieve a more abstract look.    Also, using a light background instead of dark that I use more often.  I think is good to experiment and try new things.  



Red Geraniums in Window Box

 

This painting is used for the November Drawing held at my studio at LibertyTown Arts Workshop.  The entry forms are on the table in front of the painting. 

It is framed in a wide black frame and the painting is a 6 x 8
